Cheat verification: 100% working


On the title screen, hold down 'L SHIFT', 'S', 'U', and 'B'.  You will
then be presented with a new menu called "Subgame Cheat Thing" where
you can pick from 6 subgames:

        Puzzle Hole
        Puzzle Swap
        Bubble
        Minecart
        Archery
        Zaks Tower

Once you exit the this menu the game will start.  Press 'F10' to
automatically gain 6 lives.
